Who Is Suzi Kiama?

  Suzi is the creator of Second Life's Kiama Estates now named Nova Estates and owner of Suzi Kiama Properties which specializes in the reselling of Guaranteed Satisfaction Properties in Azure Islands. Both Azure Islands and Nova Estates are Second Life private estates and are not affiliated with each other.

  The purpose of this website is to not only inform Suzi's prospective and return customers as to what Suzi is currently offering in services and land but also to initiate the novice Second Life user into the world of virtual real estate property ownership.

The Suzi Kiama Guarantee

On those lots that are marked with the sign pictured above Suzi guarantees to the buyer a limited 5 day warrantee that they will be satisfied with their purchase or Suzi will repurchase their land back, refunding the purchase price 100%. Nova

Estates

    Nova Estates is a tropical island themed Second Life private estate. The estate has currently 31 sims (regions) most of which consist of double prim (200%) lots, with the remaining being 110%, 150%, and low prim high area lots.    Nova Estates is currently a 100% residentially and commercially zoned estate. As opposed to the Linden mainlands, most private estates (including Nova) require people to agree to a covenant before they become residents of the estate so that estates can maintain the basic theme and atmosphere that many people like to experience in SL.
